i will never come back there

good location

very bad. breakfast was made by just 2 eggs and some bread + coffee. Window had some holes, we partially covered them using some towels, just ridiculous. Also, they didint let us to pay by card , sadly we didnt receive any receipt for the payment. They only speak spanish

Loved it!

Loved this place! It was in a perfect location and had lots of character for such a great price. The staff were incredibly friendly as well. They were very patient with our choppy Spanish and helped us out with getting transportation to the airport.

The location is nice-a short walk to the main square, set on a slightly quieter street. The room was a good size. The staff was very attentive, made a good breakfast (included) and asked if everything was ok each time I saw her. Very hot water with great pressure. Overall a nice hotel for a few nights on a budget.

Bathroom is small- like sit on the toilet sideways small. According to booking.com info I had reserved a double room with a balcony. It was a feature I wanted. When I checked in they said that the info is wrong and it was a room without a balcony. All balcony rooms were triple rooms and I was a solo traveler. During my 3 night stay all of the balcony rooms appeared to be empty. . I would have given them a 9.5-10 rating if they put me in the correct room.

Well-maintained and cute facility and great staff.

They cater to our breakfast desires, referred as to a great vegetarian restaurant for my wife and were extremely friendly. Plus, there was Secure parking on site as promised.

Poor quality hotel. Worse of all our stays in Colombia.

Location was good

Bedding sheets were old and looked unclean. Towels old and torn. Bed sizes were small. Room not cleaned and prepared after each night.

Friendly staff Property right in the centre of Salento

Front room has nice views but is very noisy The hotel does not have its own restaurant (it only serves breakfast) but it isn't a problem as there are many restaurants nearby.

Perfect for 2 nights

The staff was really nice and helpful!!

The room was just above the kitchen of the restaurant. Strong smell until 8pm.
